Our second official foundation trip was made in June 2024 by Brit Richards and Gracie Strickland. On this trip, we visited The Girls Foundation of Tanzania’s (TGFT) soccer teams, along with Nyuki (bee) Girls FC.

When visiting the TGFT teams, we donated 8 pairs of cleats, 4 soccer balls, and 3 soccer pumps. We played in a game with the girls, then the next day led a training session.

After visiting TGFT, we visited our main team, Nyuki Girls FC. To this team, we brought 3 bags full of equipment. We donated 20 soccer balls, 9 soccer ball pumps, 22 pairs of cleats, and 45 athletic shirts (donated by Berkshire Soccer Academy). We first played in a game, then led a short training session with the team.
